B is for Baking – 3 Easy Thanksgiving Recipes You Have To Try!

– Bacon Deviled Eggs –

*Ingredients*
3 slices bacon (3 oz.)
6 hard-cooked large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper

*Steps*
Step 1
In an 8- to 10-inch frying pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon, turning slices as needed, until browned on both sides and crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. When cool enough to handle, crumble bacon.
Step 2
Cut each egg in half lengthwise; gently scoop out yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, then stir in mayonnaise, green onions, mustard, and crumbled bacon until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Spoon or pipe about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.

– Dill Deviled Eggs –

*Ingredients*
6 hard-cooked large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper

*Steps*
Step 1
Cut each egg in half lengthwise; gently scoop out yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, then stir in mayonnaise, dill weed, mustard, and parsley flakes until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Spoon or pipe about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.

– Cranberry Apple Baked Brie Pull Apart-

*Ingredients*
1 Bigass round loaf of bread
1 (8-oz.) wheel brie
1/2 cup butter
1 can apple pie filling
1 can sweetened whole cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper
random herbs optional

*Steps*
1. Preheat oven to 350º and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, crosshatch the bread, making slices, score every inch in both directions and making sure to not slice all the way through the bottom.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Brush bread with butter mixture, making sure to get inside the crosshatches.
3. Stuff each crosshatch with brie and cranberry / apple sauce and wrap bread completely in foil. Bake until the cheese is melted and the bread is warm and toasty, about 25 minutes.
4. Let cool 5 minutes, then garnish with more thyme and serve warm.

– Oreo Pudding Pie –

*Ingredients*
1 Oreo(or chocolate) Pie Crust
1 sleeve Oreo cookies crushed
1 8 oz. cream cheese bar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub cool whip or homemade whipped cream
1 3 oz pudding box white chocolate, vanilla, Oreo
1 1/2 cups milk

*steps*
1. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
2. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in ⅓ tub cool whip. Pour over Oreo crust. Set aside.
3. Make pudding by mixing the milk and pudding mix together. Let firm up in fridge for 5 minutes. Pour over first layer.
4. Pour remaining cool whip over the top. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the pie. Refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve.
