  1. Is that a generic setup? Can I put it on 5 speed manual for Audi quattro? Thanks for your video, youre very knowledgable! Eric from Minnesota.

  2. I LOVE following you guys… it's what i"m posting this here… h0pe it's ok to post this. Rare opportunity to get an amazing build. Hate to see it leave the family— 1985 1500S Civic Hatchback. 35 year old Classic Honda. Pretty rare find.

All of you guys who have asked if I’d ever sell her? Now is your chance.

This is my baby. Her name is Roxanne. My dad and I had been slowly restoring her and it’s just not possible for us to finish the project. This is a unique model Civic 1500S – this is Not an Si – and is the last non-computer, not power assist but mechanical Rack and Pinion steering, roll up windows, and no power options. . . just flat out fun to drive car. She needs a new home and someone who knows how special this car can be with the work it will take.

If your looking for a car to jump in and drive this is not for you.

BUT – – – If you are looking for a chance to own a unique and very cool Civic Hatch . . . .

This is a Classic Body Style and Perfect for a restoration project. It’s been a daily driver and the bumpers have been tapped, but she’s never been wrecked or hit hard.

The whole car is mechanically sound, but motor is tired and smokes and is fouling the plugs and will probably need top end work and a carburetor rebuild to make it a daily driver.

The brakes have been completely gone through, CVJ’s have very low miles, tires in very good condition on original rims. All Original running gear. I’m the 3rd owner and still have the logs and receipts from first 2 owners and can give you the history of the car and the phone number of the mechanic who did the work in Roseburg, where she lived most of her life.

OR totally go for it and put a newer motor and have a truly Unique and Awesome car.

This Model would be perfect project car to replace with a newer motor and keep this Classic body and running gear. There have been several engine swaps in the magazines and online my dad and I wanted to copy, but now someone else can finish the project.

NADA says the low retail is $1250 and even though the motor needs work, I know what I’ve got into parts over the last couple years and how the car has been maintained so I am asking $1200 and will consider any reasonable offer.

  3. This is my heart cringing at that extended crank for the dune buggy lol. That insulation was probably COOKING on the wire lol.
