I personally think it was a catastrophic mistake for Eric Nelson to try to make bystanders out fo have an attitude problem because of how they reacted as they watched a man die in front ot them. Anyone who isn't extremely agitated and traumatized by that has to be inhuman and every juror would have known that. Nelson had no choice but to cross-examine these bystangers, but what ham-stringed him is that we all saw their grave concern for George Floyd and their disgust about the way he was effectively slaughtered like a pig, and so it was entirely the wrong strategy to have sought to characterize Williams as "an angry black man" syndrome and the fire fighter as a woman with an anti-authority issue, especially as they complied with Thao's instruction to stay off the street. . .
I thank the woman firefighter. The pressure she is under from just witnessing George's murder has to be ignoramus.

Imma tell you right now, this trial is already over before it started. The gov't knows they'll have more riots if he's found not guilty, example- LA riots after Rodney King. Where just doing through the motions but it's already over.
In regards to testimony of Chauvin's knee being on Floyd's neck "…all the witnesses have been very consistent…" Except the autopsy report shows their was NO trauma or even bruising to Floyd's neck. So I guess they are consistent in what they saw from a distance and was not actually true.

👨⚖️👨💼🧑💼 ~ Too much trial testimony is coached by the lawyer calling the witness. Either prosecution or defense. In theory a jury is supposed to listen and observe how the witness reacts so that way the jury can tell if the witness is credible or not, but when lawyers are coaching witnesses that defeats the purpose so much of the time. Any interaction between a lawyer and a witness to cover testimony should be recorded to prove coaching doesn’t happen. But lawyers coaching witnesses has been an extremely common occurrence forever.

If this woman cant handle being on the stand without crying she shouldn't be a firefighter. This is a minimal amount of stress and emotions have no place in the job. She should also not be wearing her uniform she was not on duty at the time of Floyds death. This is a show for her.

Why is no one talking about the fact that George Floyd was having a panic attack while the police were trying to put him in the police car? The prosecution should bring this up.

This has been going on for centuries and its time to teach lessons and make an example out of him. This problem can be prevented in the future by having laws that protect a mass of citizens from prosecution when they intervene with an officer committing a crime

At the risk of antagonizing some, the fact that bystanders were interacting with Chauvin probably played a role in the continued behavior exhibited by Chauvin that resulted in the death of Floyd. In general, one thing that many cops dislike is when, right or wrong, their authority is questioned. Tell a cop what to do, even if good advice, is usually met with exactly the opposite. The pathologically need for police to be in total authority and control took precedence over intelligent and appropriate behavior. This is something I doubt will ever be discussed in police training classes. No police officer is instructed to admit wrong doing and change course of action accordingly.
I found EMS lady to still be quite credible! She displayed signs of being traumatized differently than the other witnesses so far. She was/is angry! It’s a process and I wish her well.

She's probably seen more murders accidents burns etc than you can shake a stick at, ha I proud of that woman. They all are watching a man be murdered side effect????
