  1. This not a use of force policy case. Chauvin got the training so blame that but the point is Floyd died as a result of struggling. No way he could have known that GF was that sick. Floyd did though.

  2. What a disgrace when you brutalize the people you’ve sworn to serve and protect! To those honorable officers may God bless you! To the despicable, sadistic animals hiding behind a badge..you will be held accountable before God one day!

  3. So important for POLICE, retired cops, PROSECUTORS, & WHITES, to SPEAK OUT! Only then can we begin to change, & then begin to heal. 🙏🏾 eliminate the blue line & form a HUMAN LINE, let’s come together!

  4. What about guy high on drugs ripping that homeless man's face off back in 2012? Was it necessary for the officers to use excess force?

  5. She says "I dont see how they can get around that"

I will tell everyone how, "racism". So lets wait and see if we have stumble upon some racist jurors like we did in rodney king or Emmit till's case.

  6. Anyone that passes judgement without knowing all the facts is a scumbag. I hope this ruins her career, but unfortunately, some narrow minded douche will hire her.

  7. Typical Fake Mainstream News Media pushing their agenda. Please try to be objective instead of pushing one side only.
The question is simply this: Did Chauvin violate police protocols by placing his knee into the back of Floyd who was resisting arrest?
And the answer is simply, NO he did not violate police protocols.
He was allowed to use any measure within reason to subdue Floyd.
In fact pressing your knee into a suspect's back is permitted procedure when handcuffs are applied.
This is a good example for the Media to educate people, especially black people, not to resist arrest even if the policeman is wrong or mistaken. You MUST always comply with instructions.
Put yourself in Chauvin's position, what else could he have done without endangering his own life and that of others.

  8. Police defense lawyer asks why Chauvin did what he did to George Floyd. Here's why: Chauvin saw George Floyd as representing every "uppity" Black who ever argued with him in any conceivable — and, yes, inconceivable — way and felt duty-bound and privileged to act as judge and jury, find George Floyd guilty, and give him the death penalty for it. If Chauvin could have punished George Floyd to death in a more publicly brutal way, inflicting more pain, fear, and agony — think lynching — and expect to get away with it, he would have. Read his face. Hear his voice. He also believes he has a right, and probably an obligation, to do so: to set an example, to terrorize all the Blacks in that community, starting wtih the young children, to make sure they "know better."
I do not recommend the death penalty. Give him life without parole in a prison full of gang members.

  9. The George Floyd case shows that the US has the world's worst record for human rights abuses both domestically and internationally.

The burning, shooting and looting that happened last year wasn't BLM or Antifa. It was thieving Americans from both the left and the right.

Extremism within the US police and military ranks maybe why US troops have been stationed in Germany since 1945.

Is the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act being updated in real time from this online trial?

  10. When someone kneels on your neck for 9 + minutes drugs or no drugs you will expire. Even if you were receiving oxygen while the knee was on your neck there would be no benefit because it would not be able to pass to your lungs, also if the oxygen was able to get to your lungs the knee on your neck would prevent oxygenated blood to pass to the brain, and we all know when the brain is starved of oxygen you're DEAD ! Read the book, your brain starved of oxygen, for Dummies ..

  11. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

  12. I love how the idiots tries everything they could to try to spin things around in an attempt to dehumanize Floyd saying he "wasn't a good person" as if that justified his death, BUT NOT ONE WORD about how bad Chauvin is. let me get this straight, one guy threatens to shoot someone but didn't, and one guy actually murdered someone but the first guy is bad. LOL

  13. When you see mr. Floyd in the store he's dancing and seems like he was in a good way. When the officer took him to the vehicle he was fine. Only after they pinned him down and he began screaming for help, that he couldn't breath and calling for his mother on the video evidence you can see and heard he was in physical distress.

  14. But one of the paramedics did say, when he arrived and checked Floyd's condition, he was dead, he used the word 'dead' multiple times. Linsey Davis and Lisa Houlé obviously didn't watch that paramedic's testimony.

  15. I'm learning how to be a journalist now and I spotted an opportunity in the title for this video. If you take out the words: "I do not think", it reads: "Use of force was reasonable". It's so easy to tweak people's words and actions to create a particular narrative. I'm learning SO much from mainstream media now!

  16. Just because someone does drugs, is doing drugs, legal or illegal, is no reason to kill them. I am prescribed an opioid and I don't believe that gives anyone the right to judge or killed me.

  17. Meth do your homework and know the facts, watch 48 hours for about a month. Four incarceration. For not just use , but distribution. As a Blackfoot Indian I know what being victimized by police is like, and I'm not arguing that Derek Chauvins force wasn't excessive. But I also do not believe that George Floyd is a a hero for a cause. Or an excuse for the hate community to fly the discrimination flag. No!

  18. There was enough drugs in GF's system to kill him. GF was forming at the mouth and the judge commented that in the photo it looks like GF had something on his tongue. Plus GF was saying that he was having trouble breathing even before they laid him on the ground. The girl friend said that they were doing a drug deal before the cops showed up and the guy selling the drug just told the prosecutor that he decided not to testify anf was going to plead the fifth. Yep a lot of stuff got left out of this interview.

  19. His junkie girlfriend was feeding him dope during lockdown. There is your 3rd degree murder charge. Depression, isolation, no job, no money and nothing to do is a recipe for disaster.

  20. Chauvins Boss said he guilty his boss said to much force sorry all you racist he going to jail. example to be made regardless. the American judicial system at work. he might as well be black …..enjoy.

  21. Defense attorney is nuts , he was literally smothered on neck circulation and all officers sitting on his body circulation. Plain murder. Chauvin st we predict way over the line
