1. Ever thought about using 2 screw clamps connected together? If you are going to use zip ties… get them a little beefier… those look like they might hold up to 80 mph…

5. 3.60 gears? And a Powerglide? You should be runnin about a 4.10 to 4.30 with a Powerglide. I've seen some stock eliminator guys run 5.13 or 5.38s, but they had small, unblown engines.

19. Bro put a spacer behind the wheel bearing assembly before you put the shaft in… That will push the drive shaft in towards the diff a little… It will give you that extra inch that you need for a good connection in your drive shaft cup…
