Can you break down the rules on a rolling start.. also I have seen some tree light racing where guys have had a green light and they haven't taken off till the driver was ready, like rpm up the hole thing then 5 seconds after green they went. When I raced even if I was getting my e.t for handicap they looked at reaction time so I'm having problems understanding those 2 things.
