Are you sick of your windshield wipers streaking across your windshield? So was Gale, and in this video she does something about it.
Replacing wiper blades is an easy task that most people can do. If you’re not ‘most people’, no worries. The friendly people at AutoZone can help as you can see in this video.
Stay dirty, but keep your windshield clean.

If you're clumsy you should fold a thick towel and put it down on the windshield under the wiper arm in case you drop the wiper arm, to prevent it from breaking the windshield. I know someone who did that! Turned a simple wiper install into a $400 windshield replacement! LOL!
directions not clear enough got dick stuck in gas filler
The manager at the Autozone by my house is an asshole!
this skit was inspiring. i'll probably hit up an autozone in a few days to upgrade my wipers.
So the blade size was wrong lol, but cool video Eric
The best part is Gail didn't eve have to PAY for them! AutoZone must be terrific! HA HA HA!!!!
Question, is it possible to replace the part that is attached to the vehicle? Mine are rusted out.
they must not have an oreilly auto parts around or they would have gone there Auto zone is were you walk in and nobody helps you!
User comments on your sponsored content are pretty poor quality. Have you considered disabling comments on these videos? Is that even a realistic request to make?
I'm one of your viewers who likes your sponsored videos. After your ETCG1 post(s) on the topic I do go out of my way to watch them because I want them to work for you — because I want to see your other work be possible. And as far as sponsored content on YouTube goes I think I like your format way better than some of the others I have seen.
Nice Eric yaaaaaa
What happened to the old days, when Eric actually fixed stuff?
Kelly is helpful. Kelly is nice. Be more like Kelly.
This is so funny, as I'm a PSM at AutoZone. I know that very nod when customers try out that new and improved "windshield washer wipe." Total satisfaction ensues thereafter.
I don't know about this bro,its kind of cheesy.
RainX website lists the passenger side wiper blade on a 2004 Mazda 6 as being 18".
I hate autozone pore quality parts to bad napa or car quest didn't sponsor you
SPONSORED CONTENT!!!!! RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!
I don't get all the dislikes. The sponsored video warnings are about as clear as they can ever get. Some people they don't even tell you it's sponsored.
For all the people that dislike the videos; you try doing this for a living like Eric, Scotty Kilmer, ChrisFix and whatnot are. When you get millions of views per video you might be able to live off the built-in ad revenue. Smaller channels like these are not so lucky. Sponsored content is a necessary evil for these guys, and as long as it doesn't detract from other videos they're doing, there's no problem. These people haven't sold out. They gotta eat too.
Looks like you need to ban some of the children here, Eric
In fairness, Kelly did a pretty decent job fitting those wipers. I like her style.
To everyone bashing AutoZone, those people are NOT mechanics so if you're looking for automotive answers you're at the wrong place. All they are there for is to give you a car part that you ask for according to their computer system. People are hating because they probably have had an experience where you needed automotive info and you were dumb enough to show up there, and still get mad that they can't provide you with that info. Go to a certified technician not to a parts store.
chit video plz stop
Autozone is one of the worst parts stores known to man
Anybody else cringe when moo moo dropped the STEEL wiper arm on the windshield?
Too bad the autozone we have in the neighborhood is not as good as this one. The employees never help you as Kelly. The people at the autozone in my neighborhood are not nice people…
I'm thinking changing wiper blades is more my speed. Felt like maybe the front left wheel bearing on my 98 s10 is bad, but I could not get the damn wheel removed. I got the lug nuts off, easy enough, but the wheel was stuck on there, got pissed off and gave up. Is there a trick to getting a tire off w/ out banging it so hard the car falls off the jack?
I don't mind these videos.. but on the subject of wiper blades I have to put my input.
Months ago I was looking for new wiper blades and looked at auto zone. I wanted the Bosch Icon wiper blades (you can see them in the video) but they have them way overpriced…
the 18" and 24" blades were $20.99 and 24.99
I walked out of the store at that point and decided to do some cross shopping to see if I could get a better deal.
SURPRISINGLY I found Walmart had the exact same Bosch Icon blades for $16 CHEAPER
$14.64 and $15.29 for the blades
I'm glad I decided to walk out and cross shop but damn… why do they have to charge such a premium?
I was expecting to find maybe a $2-3 savings elsewhere and ended up saving 16 bucks instead.
I know they can't compete with a company like Walmart but damn!
These videos are hilarious best sponsored videos on YouTube
instructions are unclear, i some how got my dick stuck under the wiper arm…… im offended
Went to my local auto zone asked for a pcv valve for my 94 Lx sedan civic said it doesn't exist ????
no DIY wiper blade replace. them things are a pain in change. O O Oriellys auto parts. hanged mine out
Hey Eric, you should put these vids on a new channel – ETAZG1.
Stapled headliner instead of getting it recovered for 100 bucks? Into the trash it goes.
I know that with Bosch blades, there are A & B for the curvature of the windshield. How often is that applicable as I see there is no A or B on those blades? Isn't it usually on the single beam blades that they have that "curvature" component to them?
thumbs up to you Eric thumbs down haters lol
I have a 79 toyota 4×4 pickup the oil filter seal keeps blowing off every time I start my truck would anyone know why
That happy, happy, joy, joy, (fake) Eric voice has got to go….
I seem to have to replace my blades every other year or less. I have tried on different brands and they all seem to be the same as for performance and length of service.
nice ad damn good service wish we had autozone here in Australia.
well done
That is how you do sponsored content.
