  1. I realized after wearing my Skagen smart watch for a year .. the novelty has worn off. I set it to manual sync and the last time I did that was 22 days ago. Maybe I don't need to know this stuff about my sleep and steps and who is calling when the ringer is off on my phone. Smart watches kinda hold us hostage to the possible insights the information they collect provides .. but now that how much I sleep or the steps I take has become uninterestihg I find I have started wearing the other two "dumb" watches that I have too. I guess if one is a fitness person .. smart watches are good. But if you really just want to know the time .. you get a chance for some "style" as well [I do consider the Skagen stylish .. an exception in the smart watch world].

  2. Business Opportunity in Ruvol

I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished and not yet out in the market] that I believe is guaranteed to be as challenging and exciting as CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.”

It is my hope that one day Ruvol may surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.”

The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.” In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.” It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,” where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized” to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game” has been calculated to be a challenging one to play.

HOW IS RUVOL PLAYED and HOW YOU CAN MONETIZE IT?

I detailed everything in my YouTube video. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcqth0m3-R0

    BIG MONEY POTENTIAL IN RUVOL!

It is worthwhile to note that the people who play chess will be the same people who will play Ruvol. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. Even just a small percentage of these 800 million is good enough to earn big money from Ruvol either as an ONLINE GAME BUSINESS or as a PHYSICAL PRODUCT DISTRIBUTOR.

  3. Got the Garmin Vivoactice 3, keeps track of all my fitness activities, sleep and let's me easily reply to messages. Battery life is good. The watch is good looking and comfortable. And you can wear it in the shower or swimming. The GPS function is fantastic for tracking runs or bike rides. The Skagen is more watch than smart. Not tempted!! Good review 👍

  4. Love my Skagen hybrid smart watch! It's very stylish, and tracks what I want, gives notifications of what I want, and has a long battery life. It's not to big, and not a cheap plastic or ugly smart watch.

  5. That skagen is to big, im a big fan of vintage timex mechanical n automatic watches the 1960s timex 34mm watches i have 26 of them 9 are marlins but my favorite watch i have is my 1960 timex 21 jewel mechanical i dont like BIG watches there uncomfortable to wear.

  6. I love hybrids. Like one of my favorite things about a watch is the unique characters and typography of each watch and I miss that in a smartwatch. I think the hybrid tells me what I need to know but also doesn't give me overload.

  7. Great thought. I'm sick of my vivoactive telling me to move etc, and I can't switch it of. I was looking at a Galaxy watch, but you are right. Do we need all that shit. But are there Hybrid watches with no activity measurements. I'm exercise intolerant. I wouldn't mind a small screen though or a second dial like the misfit command. Thanks. JD

  8. I need a hybrid that also has a single line lcd screen somewhere on the face just to show who is calling or a few lines of a text message. I don't need anything else.
