  1. But doesn't this scratch just reappear as soon as the was wears off? Wouldn't you have to keep waxing the spot to keep the scratch hidden?

  2. great video. two questions- if it's not deep, do we just use 5000 grit and then jumpt to polish? and, if we follow these steps, will the scratch X and wax fade to the haze again and need to be reapplied after multiple washes, yearly, etc? thanks!

  3. What happens over time to the haze left behind after sanding? I mean after like 10 car washes, you dry your car, will there be a haze there? Are you left with polishing the repaired areas every time you wash the car?

  4. Hello.

    Can I ask a question?

Can you keep using the sandpaper on a part of the car if you did the whole process and it didn’t come off.

Or it did come off and it got scratched again? Or is there a certain limit to how much you can sand an area

  5. Great video. Thanks. Quick question:
Will the haze come back after a wash? If I take soapy water, after I’m done with scratch removal, and wipe the area with a cloth, will the haze reappear?

  6. Removes a tag from cloth… "I take this off so it does not scratch the car. We are trying to remove scratches not create scratches" Meanwhile takes a screwdriver and rips through the car's paint with it. (I was crying when he did that)

Great Vids man you literally have made me decide what I want to do with my life. I'm going to start Trim and Detailing. I hope this works out for me.

  7. I have a large circular section on my bumper that no longer has any paint. Would this technique or the one you use on your deep scratches work for this? If not I saw in a video where you use spray paint on a door that had larger areas without paint. Thank you for all your videos! Very helpful

  8. When ChrisFix scratches his own damn car to show you the actual fix and result, you know you're watching a DIY god, and you don't need to watch until the end to actually know that the scratch will be gone as if it never was.

  9. Why You not try to fill the scratch with clear coat by use a brush and after that sand with 5000 grip until You reach the level of the old clear coat
