I know am late to the dance on this car, but I had some crooked Volvo wheels repaired by a company named Alloy Wheel Repair in Birmingham. They met me in a shopping center parking lot near me and used a jig set up with a hydraulic ram to straighten the wheels. They also ground, polished and painted out the curb rash on three wheels all for a very reasonable price.
