4. Dude, I've been watching this channel for a while now and it continues to surprise me how many "prison" things can also apply to psychiatric hospitals. Seriously…boiled eggs, it's a thing. I'm a vegetarian so I always got an extra egg for protein at breakfast. Everybody wants that egg! And you always keep those "tray staples": butter, salt, & pepper (not so much). Somebody is gonna use that butter for vaseline, guaranteed. But, in my experience, the top thing smuggled out of "chow/cafeteria" in psych wards: goldfish crackers. No joke. If you got one of those peanut butters to go with it you're set!
