Its not dropping much because you guys abasically putting a velocity stack on it so the air is flowing in a laminar way and very easily into the intake. Way cool video
I bought one and I did get a little better milage, about a mile per gallon but I was afraid it would blow apart and removed it. There was no power increase

For sure the spinning wheel will reduce power, from added drag, added resistance, an intake pressure drop. Please test it with the wheel, the blades fixed, stuck, not turning, just to induce swirl in intake flow. Harry Ricardo showed swirl increased efficiency in the Bristol Sleeve Valve engines, the old Honda CVCC engines used this rationale too. Would a single not moving 'fan', placed behind, after carburetor, after gasoline fuel injectors, give better results? Blessings +
