I had my AC compressor replaced this past Friday. When i got car back home and reversed into driveway i heard a terrible noise coming from right wheel well. Is it possible the CV joint could have been damaged during the AC compressor repair?

Hey Chris! replacing a new compressor, when vacuum the car it would remove the oil from the new compressor by vacuum it or not??
My mechanic said he would charge $80 for the whole replacement job… I save several hours and go with him this time😁
Anyone think they know what’s wrong with my ac? 200 high 32 low in about 90 degrees while it’s working for 30 mins then goes hot. High side 225 low -20. Whining only when ac is on and gets louder with rpms. If it changes anything I replaced my battery terminal last July and the power steering went out so possibly electrical stuff? Also I took dashboard out around that time to spray paint it. Maybe i pulled a sensor or didn’t line air vents up correctly?

The shop told me that i needed to replace the expansion valve and filter drier and also flushing the hoses and condenser every time I will install a brand new compressor. Is that true?
I'm going to tackle this job now, obviously I will first need to go to the Honda dealer and have them properly evacuate the system for me, lol.
