  1. I have both,I prefer nexus 5,it's lighter, the display is more realistic, typing is confidential, camera is better, the software is easier to use and nicer, the screen is comfier to the eyes it doesn't reflect like a mirror as much m8 does, and nexus is cheaper,

the m8 it only looks better than nexus 5 and the speaker quality is better but you can buy a wirless loud speaker for this.

regarding performance they both fast couldn't notice a different if not nexus is slightly faster but in all over I prefer the nexus

  2. I love my Nexus 5 ; stock Android, simple design, good display, extremely fast and a decent battery life too. I wouldn't swap it for anything apart from the HTC One M8.

The design is unbeatable, materials superb, display incredible, very fast, good battery life, decent camera, excellent sound and cool gestures.

    Nexus 5 > iPhone 5S
    Nexus 5 > Galaxy S5
    Nexus 5 > Xperia Z2
    Nexus 5 > LG G2
    Nexus 5 < HTC One M8

    I want the M8!

  3. Ill take the lighter less slippery plastic that also won't get so cold in the winter. And the htc is too tall for the size of the screen.

  4. I dont't know why all these N5 fanboys are freaking out and typing shit like "NEXUS 5 FTW". God I have an N5 myself and I love it but come on… Chill the fuck out they're just phones haha.

  5. Lol metal is so overrated, it's not resistant to damage or scratches and just adds a lot of weight to the device. Nexus 5 offers just as good of a mobile experience as a phone that's double it's cost and that will always be it's strong point, along with being the very first device to get the latest flavor of Android; even the Google Play editions get it later than Nexus phones and tablets. I'm very happy with my Nexus 5 and I look forward to the next great iteration, so long LG keeps making them.

  6. The Nexus 5 is a much better phone but none of you so called Reviewers will ever admit it because you base everything solely on specs and a metal frame. ill buy the nexus 5 for 350 and save myself 300 dollars.A metal frame really isnt that important. Also the Nexus 5 gets its updates first. HTC is terrible with updates.

  7. I was fixing to purchase the Nexus 5 very soon, but the M8 caught my eye last night. I like both phones very much, but I don't know what to get. I have a nexus 4, but the charging port is screwed up and the battery life is terrible.

  8. M8 is better than nexus 5 except in price. It's faster, smoother, last longer, awesome speakers, better built, and expendable storage makes the m8 superior. I even like my m8 more than my beastly note 3.

  9. only thing the is see is the nexus 5 falls behind is in battery life, but for half the price who cares. go online and buy a battery bank for $20 and use it if you need to!

  10. Man!, They need to do deep comparision rather than reading it from the phone's specs. I'm tire of this nonsense comparison of giving facts rather than comparing it what matters. Show me App opening, Closing, measurement of speakers, their strongest advantages, and etc. Stop fking posting nonsense comparison just talking about facts.
