3. We need to fund a built 68rfe from Randy’s Transmissions for Kyle. My brother had huge problems just like this with his 7.3 Diesel put a brand new transmission in his truck but they never changed the flexplate. It sounded normal while driving, but when idling it sounded like a jar of marbles shaking around. He had shops misdiagnose him with “lower rod knock” based purely off the sound, another shop put a brand new wiring harness and new injectors, and then he finally tried the new transmission. My bro took a bath on all the work he put into it and ended up selling it as is with a broken flexplate because he was tired of dumping money in the truck.

23. I'm sure someone has already mentioned that the 2500 rams have a weak flexplate when towing. Xtreme desiel performance sells a billet one that is way stronger and solves the issue of breaking them super strong..
