  1. Man, I just had the exact same issue. I bought two of these racing jacks in December 2019. Used one a few times and just opened the 2nd one out of the box two days ago and got it stuck under the car. Fortunately I was able to jack my car from a front jack point to get the jack out. But I cannot get the jack to lower.

  2. jack extended too far use block of wood on jack head, as you go up put blocks of wood under car or put block of wood under jack .when you start , also with blocks both sides under car

  3. Lol I did kinda the same thing today, except mine has been working fine for years. In my case that little bolt with the nub that engages the handle backed off. Fortunately I had a couple of cars around that I could borrow the scissor jacks from to pick the car up off the stranded hydraulic jack.

I locktited the hell out of that little bastard after that little adventure. I HIGHLY recommend doing the same because that was a pain in the arse and kinda sketchy. If it does it again I’m getting my welder out….

Next time I’m in the store I think I’ll pick up a couple of those little bottle jacks just in case.

Anyway I just wanted to hop on YouTube and see if anyone else was a stupid as I am and alas…here we are. At least I did have some jack stands set up.

  4. Dumbest things your doing is getting under the car without stands, but dude, Your working on the car and you can't operate a floor jack Gesh… Do you know the the top of the bottle jack extends by turning it?

  5. C'mon, we all know you have plenty of experience with that up/down hand motion…that jack should have flown up!

  6. NUMBER ONE on all floor jacks is to always air purge first. If you had done that, you would've realized that screw would have to be taken out so the handle could be seated correctly

  7. SCARY AS S&%T seeing you under there with a questionable jack that could release at any moment and no jack stands to stop the car should it fall.

  8. It takes a man to admit his mistake so here we are ago🤦‍♂️😂Thanks to your video I was able to figure out what size nut goes into the hole to lower the Jack… (14m) My car was jacked up fully and wouldn’t come down.. I kept turning the shaft and it was stuck . So stupid me took the shaft out that you use to lift and lower the car. Haha I didn’t know there was a spring that locks it so it wouldn’t come down to insert the shaft. I was like Shit and I found your video. Also I never took out the little bolt on it either. After I got the jack lowered I removed the bolt, put the shaft back in and tighten it. Now you can’t just pull the shaft out.. Who knew… 😆Thanks for the video Brotha and I hope everyone gets a nice laugh.. Merry Christmas

  9. if only you read the instruction for the bottle jack as well. JK lol. the centre can extend to make things work faster. im not sure how u got the bottle jack out but you could have placed the floor jack back in its place and lower the bottle jack onto the floor jack and remove the bottle jack. then release the floor jack until the car is on the ground
