its impressive her mom knows deepfake, however, her mom is not an IT person, all the .png or .jpeg photo files contains a lot more inforamtion in their header. Its obvious, the pic file contains the deepfake websites where she upload the photo and downloaded. She could just simply encrypted the pic file and it will be little more difficult to traceback, but still there will be evidence.
