20. If we want to actually solve this debate on the massive influx of third world migrants there is a VERY simple solution.
    Have EVERY person who wants entry into the country have a bond in place to insure they cost nothing to taxpayers. This means activists can get as many in as they want by only opening their own wallets (rather than their current method which is to demand everyone else but them contribute) and those who don't want them here can relax, knowing that it won't cost them a cent and thus the activists will give up.
