  1. Man this is so clever and intelligent, and its made so a normal user doesnt have to wonder "ah WTF is a launcher and how do I change it", BRAVO GOOGLE!

  2. For stock phones or rooted? Well for Stock it could mouths. you would need to wait for Samsung to release it then for you specific carrier to release it with an OTA update. for root it should not be to long. For example Verizon just released a update from 4.2.2 to 4.3 where as i have been running 4.3 on my Verizon galaxy s4 since September.
