The way I have had it explained, the twin scrolls make it so the pressure pulses from the two sides of your exhaust manifold (when it's separated also) are more effective when confined to one half of the turbine, so instead of it taking 8 half pulses, you get four full pulses to one side and four full pulses to the other side each cycle of the engine. I don't think it will have any improvement unless the manifold is split but it won't hurt either.

24. Pickle relish on your dogs is the best, I know that some people love Mustard or ketchup or both, not me. I like mine with diced onions and pickle relish and sometimes crushed potato chips on them and when it's like that it's gone in "8.5 seconds" and there is nothing better than that!
