Let’s run those numbers again (rounding to make a point) $2Trill divided by 300 million American Citizens means we each OWE $6,000 – but only HALF pay any Federal Tax – so make that $12K as what we OWE! “But that’s NOT realistic, the RICH people pay 80% of all taxes… so that means WE only $2K (rounding down)” Sooo…

    Depending on how much of the $1400 you get, the poorest Americans should be able to offset that “government gift” and ONLY write a $600 check to the Government for this “stimulus”
