I still don't understand these sync settings. They don't seem to do what they say. When I set it for "X days," it seems to show all mail EXCEPT that time period. "All" just makes it load indefinitely until you stop it, and "none" actually shows everything! It's so confusing.

Hi Sir. Thank you so much for the detailed video. However, the gmail app on my Samsung S4, doesn't have the same option as your video. Mine on the far right hand top corner has the search key. How do I get those settings you have mentioned? Please help
Anyway to have "unread" mail show on top? I have it set up on my computer like that but there doesn't seem to be an option with my gmail app on my android. Thank you.
These can all be managed from one place "manage labels" in settings
Seems to be a bug in the new version. It always shows 1 email in the all mail folder even when there are no unread emails. I noticed this in the video also.
