Over the years we have seen our fair share of serious no prep cars. This year at Bounty Hunters we ran into a new build owned by Ronnie Hobbs that we think is a car to keep an eye on in the future. Bounty Hunters was the S10’s first event which is no small step by any means. The Texas Rattlesnake made it all the way to the big tire finals and the car isn’t dialed in yet as you can imagine! We cannot wait to see how Ronnie and the rest of the team progresses this season!

Cool video, great bunch of guys. Not sure where it was mentioned about these being "street legal", but these are pretty obvious race machines. Don't misunderstand me, i love this no prep stuff, but these are as street legal as monster trucks. Just because its drivable on the street doesn't mean it's street legal. I would love to see one of these cars cruising at 75 on the freeway, that would be sick!! Pull the chutes on the off ramp, lol!! Sorry officer i can't hear you over my 3000 hp and open headers…….ha!!
What is "no prep"?
Street legal should include a verifiable 150 mile drive to the track in the vehicle they're going to race.
