  1. The overbooked family being upset is valid, like it’s southwests fault for overbooking & he booked months in advance. It’s kinda ridiculous to take someone’s money and then be like I know you paid for a seat but there’s now no seats 😅

  2. Oh my God. The guy who is at the "southern" party is Date Mike/Michael Scott at the same time.

  3. Overbooking is ridiculous! I’m very unimpressed by the way Southwest Airlines has been dealing with these people. When people have planned their vacations months in advance, and will be losing time with family and money due to the airlines negligence something is wrong. Many of these people have every reason to be upset, and this airline needs to be held accountable.

  4. If Airlines are going to risk overbooking, then they should be prepared to generously compensate disappointed customers. If not, they should find themselves in court!

  5. How do you book 6 mos in advance and then still have this WORTHLESS airline tell you, you can't fly. Disgusting and shameful SW.
