The picture ID with the mail in vote is only going to be used to eliminate the leg work of finding out if the voter is black. Open the mail in vote, photo ID is a black face=vote gets thrown out. There wasn’t any voter fraud but there’s going to be. Jim Crow reinstatement coming soon.
Requiring a license is not targeting minorities. All legal residents; white, black, purple, green, can get a photo ID.

On the question of how do we ensure elections are free and fare and how do we get Republicans on board with the reality of this issue, the answer is abundantly clear.
