Custom LED Light Bar Build (Part 2 “Project Night Light”)

Join me in building a custom LED light bar mount for my truck. I start with a drawing and some pieces of metal and make it into a fully functional rig to hold my 42in LED Light Bar. The rack consists of bed rails, a headache rack, and a roof rack, all-in-one, to hold the light bar. I use 1.5in .083 wall square tubing, a 90amp harbor freight flux welder, a grinder, and a cutoff wheel to get the job done.

  1. Thanks for sharing this video and information. I just stumbled upon your channel today.
I appreciate the detailed explanations. I am inspired to try some new techniques and gain skills along the way. I’m 74 years old and had a couple of Strokes in August 2022. I currently am recovering & receiving therapy. Unfortunately I am becoming aware that body is not functioning as well as it used.

  2. Looks bad ass next video you should put three more lights on that little frame up top also and light it up at night so we can see thanks.
