Flash does work on 4.1 and 4.2. just use Firefox Browser for Android. I have it working on my Nexus 7 and Galaxy S2 running Jelly Bean. Sideload Adobe Flash the apk is on adobe's website version 11.1.115.34. Joe from Pocketnow has a video on how easy it easy to install and you don't need to be "Rooted"
If your using Dolphin browser it works.. im on 4.1.2
