  1. It is actually Action launcher. Tapping on the drawer icon in the action bar brings up a nice ribbon menu with a list of all your apps.

  2. Nexus 4 has a higher vertical resolution than the GS3 to allow for the row of buttons – so it's not really "wasted space" as you put it, also it's a proper IPS display instead of Samsungs crappy pentile nonsense (OK, that's down to personal opinion, but still, the whole idea of pentile is silly, trying to externally adjust for the eyes design – not how the real world works) plus its significantly faster than the GS3, so I don't see how it could somehow magically be "the best"

  3. For my phone the built in browser works best, most fluid, lagg free browser. Galaxy s3 international. Anyone else here using galaxy s3?, what do you think?, oh and im running android 4.1.2.

  4. If you want to get to it now type: play[DOT]google[DOT]com/store/apps/details?id=com[DOT]chrome[DOT]beta
    Replace [DOT] with .

  5. A bit too late for that, I already found it by searching on google, google really hide their apps.
You can find much more apps from google by typing the following in the Play Store search:
    pub: Google Inc.
Or just search that application in google.

  6. It should be: chrome://flags/
If you want more links and fun ways to crash/kill the browser with ways to find your user agent, IP and much more awesome stuff go to chrome://chrome-urls/
