  3. this is all lawyer speak from them, they are trying to be bullies. I think the best response for them is to just get your own lawyer and respond in similar fashion. you own a chevy…that got branded by dominos, also your shirt is branded, your shoes are branded, eveything is branded…Dominos "i own the brand" is def a reach…..but lawyers only want to speak about 'the law' so logic is irrrelevant ..its all about 'the law' ONLY , to them

  5. I think if you show them the receipt that you bought the car from copart then the company they're trying to sue you shouldn't take the legal right take the car from you if they really want to do it they should have bought the car from car park and fix it their own damn self

  9. Hi Sam, I’m pretty sure the only part that they have any rights over will be the Domino’s logo….the actual car is irrelevant in that respect.

  11. I sincerely hope that these legal issue works out in your favor as I am sure it will… (I am not a lawyer.) However, what caught my attention was the pizza delivery to a special needs school. I would like to offer help if this is still your intention. I have a son with special needs and love the idea as I know the children or adults will to. Please let me know if you would like my financial support regarding the purchase of the pizzas. I would love to be a part of something good… no… great!

It seems to me that you’ve already spent a lot of money in the purchase repair and rebuild of this car so my suggestion would be to slap a mechanics lien for everything you spent and add your labor to that. In my experience a mechanics lien is a very powerful tool to circumvent! (At least in my state) good luck with those jerks!

  29. I thought Dominoes would appreciate the free advertising you're giving them. I guess they don't want to give people the impression their drivers are "bad" drivers.

  34. Why don't you just remove the pizza topper.I think its confusing to them and they don't want you DRIVING the car, in its current condition.Such as taking an old crown vic cop car, the POLICE logo is always removed first, as well as the lights.
