  1. Nextbit is just living in a perfect world where there's always a good connection, wifi and power….aa Dreams.
Why they overcomplicated something …just to be different?
SD cards are way more reliable than the cloud(at least right now).

  2. I wish they explained it more, but in another interview they mentioned they sync and do their intelligent analyizing system when your phone is connected to WiFi and charing. When you get around 1.5GB of storage, your Robin will intelligently offload/get rid of the apps/photos that you don't really use, using the information it collected when you were on WiFi. They also mentioned in an interview with TechnoBuffalo that they're working on video too to be uploaded into the cloud.

I personally ordered a Seiun Pro X player (32-bit/384Hz, HiFi DAC), so with that having 128GB, running android, with the ability to run Android apps, storing my music (as it is a media player), and having a Micro SD Card slot, I'll be good.

Please note, this is legit and real, you can check the Android Authority YouTube for proof. Each vote provides me with another vote, and you with a chance of winning one too. 😯 Please +1, thanks.

  4. great interview, while I'd have to learn a little bit more about their product before I form any opinion on it, if the people at NextBit are like Scott Croyle I'm excited for the future. He's a fresh breath of air from the normal suits who shove their product in your face and boast about how their perfect product gets better ever year, this guy was genuine admitted they had some work to do, and are getting down to business, wish NextBit the best in their ventures!

  5. Idea is cool, pricing is also okay.I live in India and yes we could pre-order the Robin but with a huge delivery charge. That was not cool.I am an android enthusiast and i would love to see people tweaking android and pushing it to its limits. But i only want to know how does the aftersale service work in my country.

  6. I like the idea but our data plans doesn't offer true unlimited data. I'm on a grandfather plan but even that is throttled after 21gb of use.
