I owned a 99 SC2 with the DOHC 1.9ltr if you hollow out the cat, you can bust on a mustang 5.0 all the way into 3rd gear before you loose steam. I'd pull up and wait for the green. Smack into 1st, 2nd, 3rd and then hot the brakes before they realize I had nothing left and drive off like I won.. they hated it. Best 3 door I ever owned. It was easy to fix and took a beating.
