I have been put in the same position. I couldn't eat solid food for two weeks after that officer did that to me. I was already on the ground and in cuffs. I was not a danger to anyone. The officer then decided to put his knee on my neck. This is a practice that they endorsed nation wide.

Even if carbon monoxide contributed to his death, he wouldn't have been breathing it in if he hadn't been held there. If someone locked a person in a car with a blocked tail pipe, yes, the carbon monoxide would ultimately be the cause of death. Does that mean the person who locked the car and blocked the tailpipe is innocent?
