  1. Well, I would prefer to see quickly a comparison table of those methods with a final summarizing note all these explanations without a conclusion display.

  2. It's not clear which smartphone charges the fastest from 0 or 1 % to 100 %. That would be the only interesting factor to me. Or to 80 % or to 90 %.

  3. Adaptive fast charging is Quick Charge all the times. Actually, it doesn't requires Qualcomm processor, it's separate IC anyway, which Samsung puts in their phones.

  4. Mediatek claim that 6735 processor also support pump express plus.I have a coolpad note 3 lite and it have 6735 processor. What do u think sir is it support fast charging if yes then please suggest which charger i need to buy.

  5. How about instead of testing in different phones, testing one phone and the different charging systems? I am aware most are company specific, but it would be interesting to see how different chargers work with a single phone. Other than that, try to standardize the scales for the graphs. One phone's temperature rose only 3° but showed a higher curve change than phones that rose 3 times as much? Confusing…

  6. percent doesn't matter, he should have measured by amperage (mah) not by percentage. For example I could have a phone with 1 mah battery that charges in 5 seconds, does that mean it's better? no absolutely not. also he says Note 4 then the graph does the Note 5..?

  7. I'd like to see the LG G4 comparison, with fast charging 2.0, is it possible?
I have 2 chargers, one from LG and the other from Samsung… Witch technology is faster and better??
    Thanks Gary.

  8. thanks Gary for another great review! love how you pronounce your H's!! cracks me up lol anyway you can put Fahrenheit measurements in your reviews?? I'm just a dumb American lol anyways thank you for your great reviews and knowledge I've learned quite a bit thanks

  9. Thank you for such a complete, informative and comprehensive comparison.. I just wish you had provided more details when explaining the test procedure –I'm particularly interested in knowing which is the battery log app you used, if the phones were charged while turned on or off (and in case they were on, whether the screens were off the whole time or were turned on at any point).. thanx again, keep up the good work

  10. I use an Anker Quick charge 3.0 Wall plug which is 9V 2Amps…..Best fast charger no matter what phone u got….. I have the Blackberry priv which has a 3410 milla amp hour battery….And it charges my phone to 80% Crazy fast.

  11. None of these chargers are much different….Most quick chargers are 9V 2 amps….Some are 9v 1.8 amp or 9v 1.67 amp…..Which ever one u use…U will get the same result pretty much

  12. Companies should call it fast charging when their phones can charge up in 10 minutes or less, enough of this crap already.

  13. Hi gary, great video. could you provide the slope of the charging curves in the 0-80% and 80-100% charge regimes? That would give us the actual charging rate in mAh/min for each of the methods in both regimes. Also, could you plot all the curves on one plot? It would be visually much easier to draw a comparison.

  14. if battery capacity on all phones are not the same and phones spec are not equal means this test is worth shit. WHY ? every phone use some resources during chargeing (specs matter) plus phone with smaller battery should charge faster (i think). this should be converted to smth like time to charged mAh – T/mAh * mAh/bc (battery capacity), I'm not good at math, some one smarter should create proper pattern
