Police found calls from a payphone on Elvis’ cellphone records. Moorer initially denied calling her from a payphone, but later admitted he’d made those calls after police said they had video footage.

That young girl didn’t even want him anymore. She was dating again and moved on and that married couple couldn’t be mature enough to move on. Classic blame game… blaming someone else for their marital issues.

This was a 40 year old. Heather was a 20 year old kid. How is a 40 year old acting like 4 year old, with a husband acting like a 13 year old instead of a 37 year old. They couldn't be adult about this? She should have confronted him, not a kid who got into way over her head. The smart and mature thing would have been to sit down, not threaten Heather, and have a heart to heart with her. I really can't believe this woman is a mother of 3. Does she throw tantrums at them too?

My theory: Heather was pregnant by Sidney and the wife didn’t like this. She made Sidney buy a pregnancy test at Walmart, lure Heather to a secluded area, ambushed Heather and made her take the pregnancy test to get confirmation. When the test showed positive, that’s when the wife and Sidney killed Heather.
And for those saying, “Why not just divorce Sidney?” Look at the wife’s behaviors- harassing Heather even during the active search for her, having Sidney berate Heather on the phone while she was present- that’s controlling behavior. It’s a game to her. Divorcing Sidney would mean she lost. But taking control gives her a false sense of winning.
