Well you can turn your bright flashing lights off to avoid another one lol..just an observation. I've had one in my lifetime but it was due to a reaction to meds, but to this day flashing lights like Christmas lights, fireworks etc. make me feel weird. Always in the back of my mind..I will tell you this though,weed is the best thing to prevent them

My uncle he was in the hospital he was having over a hundred seizures per second or a minute or something like that and he had to take 15 or 16 different kind of seizure medicine every single day he was taken up to 30 something pills a day that's a lot of pills he would be so full he wouldn't even hardly eat
