  1. Ah, buttfucked by Lotus, nice!
Sorry I'm 2-3 years late to see your channel, but it has been great fun for the last week, thank you!

  2. G'Day, what is that old expression, " it is easier to ask for forgiveness rather than for permission", it built a fire and got results, even if you had to give a scripted apology.

  3. I will say that it is good of you to come on and set the story strait. lots of people would not because they sit on drama because lets face it that is how people are.

  4. Man, I'm seeing your channel, and seeing this video, makes me feel so happy I am looking at a normal honest guy's YouTube channel. you fkn rock. B is for Honesty.

  5. No bro, it's not your fault and it's not lotus fault…. Sometimes I have to call 6 dealers to get a simple part. Their system is down often, and some dealers just don't care. Their system requires you to call a dealer, which is bogus.

  6. idc who on the phone or email as long as it is lotus…what i know is want windshield…so lotus fucked up…blame their representative….this guy seem have to swallow the pressure from lotus legal thing…

  7. But surely most companies employ staff to do the 'brand protection thing'? It's a wonder more youtube guys don't get 'that phone call', or maybe they do?

  8. Chris: Hey Lotus do you have these parts?
    Lotus: No
Chris: Lotus didn't have the parts
Lotus: What the fuck Chris why did you tell them we didn't have the parts
    Chris: I'm sorry Lotus

  9. It takes a big man to put a video on the internet saying that he messed up and apologize for it. Good on you, well done.

  10. Big of you, but not your fault. As your commenters pointed out – the dealer had no parts for you.

Lotus may be terminally skint, but they're big and nasty enough to take care of their shit.

  11. So lotus rang said , "if you say it was your mistake we'll send you the parts you need"

Your wrong you should have told them to do one caused you asked they said no , part no on a lotus roof should be pretty irrelevant

  12. this happens a lot, most of the time it is a lazy employee or the parts are not listed in the computer because they are on hold for dealerships…

  13. Glad to see them reaching out. Proof is in the pudding though, having ordered lot of oddball parts over the years, I'm always more confident when the crate actually arrives, as opposed to assurances.

  14. Hey man, much respect for what you preach in this video. This is the definition of a sincere apology with a very professional approach. Of course we don't blame you for the mistakes, you've done too much good to let the little stuff matter so much. Keep it up!

  15. Lotus really needed to call you and say that? Like seriously who the hell cares about one video and one stupid fact about windshields!?

  16. Screw lotus! The ONLY reason they reached out is because they were being bad mouthed by someone with an audience. If he hadn't complained he would still be sourcing parts. Remember kids, the SQUEAKY wheel gets the oil!

  17. That reaction was almost like, "so, the CIA know what you did….. Oh…. Sh1*#". It was a fear for his life/Channel/Freedom kind of reaction. haha

  18. Chris you are a fucking class act sir. Good on ya, really enjoy this whole series. Catching up on old vids before watching the current stuff. You make my desk job better.

  19. Moral of the story? If you want your parts in a timely manor, start a YouTube channel and call out the CEO of any company you need a rush shipment from
