5. Is there a "cover up"? Why not more details? It was no "accident". You don't accidently go speeding down a winding road, lose control and roll over across other lanes and not leave any skid marks. You have to be "suicidal". Did he "fall asleep"? That is not an accident. Was he under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication? Not accidently, either. Was he on his cell phone communicating ? Not that any of it matters but just wondering. BLACK LIVES MATTER, but Damn Man, set a good example "off the course". Not to be confused with intercourse.

The truth is, the single deputy first on the scene, said he was NOT able to move, and was NOT trying to get out.
