  1. It can't be easy to cross examine in order to discredit someone who is by far way more intelligent than you. Hats off to Nelson for even trying, not a easy case to defend.

  2. It doesn't make sense from a logical point of view, that when Chauvin is told he doesn't have a pulse, he literally does NOTHING, but CONTINUES to stay on his neck. like it makes NO sense, he acts like we all have nine lives & not having a pusle is like having some food stuck in your teeth that you'll get later…like it makes NO sense…..he had someone RIGHT THERE, who said they were EXPERIENCED in doing chest compressions as an EMS, like how STUPID are you to want to RISK not only someone's life, but your own! like I can't stand the look of Chauvin' face & WRITING anymore. Like GO AWAY! Do the right thing from the gettgo & you won't be in this position!!!!

  3. The cardiologist DR…GREAT JOB! Talking slow, easy to understand, knowledgeable, delivering all points! …I wish you were my doctor! At least from what I see!

  4. Two further points: I don't understand the line of questioning from both the defense and the prosecution regarding what a reasonable officer knows. What reasonable officer knows or does not know is irrelevant to his racionality, being reasonable refers to what one might assume or infer based on the knowledge one has…not the knowledge itself. This is completely wrong.
Furthermore, I dislike lot of the expert witnesses brought by the prosecution, they get asked a question by the defense nad they proceed to answer multiple question and give much more information than is asked. That's the prosecutions job to ask those question. From the neutral eyes, it feels like you want to shove "your truth" down my throat.

  5. I can honestly say I thoroughly disliked this cardiologist and also one other expert witness form the prosecution. The cardiologist seems excited, which is fine; but from an expert I expect to tell me what the facts are; both if these witnesses use the rhetoric to tell you what tot think about the facts they're presenting…very off putting. Present the facts and let the jury make up their own mind.
The cardiologist would make a fantastic teacher I just dislike his approach to testimony.

  6. I know Mr. Nelson needs to cross exam, but it is fruitless every time. It's getting really old seeing him use the same spiel on every witness just for him to go backwards on every testimony.

  7. Would a reasonable defense attorney as so many crazy hypothetical questions? If the tree fell in the woods would a reasonable person say maybe they chopped it down?

  8. This defence attorney 😡 If they are a pathologist, “You’re not a cardiologist right?” If they are a cardiologist, “You’re not a pathologist right?”

  10. did you know george floyed had fentanyl in his body and fentanyl is 80 to 100 times stronger then morphine and to overdoes on morphine you need 200 milligrams and floyed had 11 milligrams of fentanyl in his body but could be more sense it could of dissolved more in his body before autopsy plus he already had heart issues so that doesnt help and the side effects of fentanyl is slow, shallow breathing. decreased urge to breathe. difficulty breathing or swallowing. extreme drowsiness. dizziness. confusion. fainting ….. from the videos of him being arrested , he already couldn't breath and he seem confused/ dizziness or drowsiness plus he fainted while the knee was on his back so at the end of all this knowledge, The officer should be charged for accidental death or nothing sense from everything i just said but if you have any other info you wanna say please do i would love to know what your opinion is

  11. What was the point of having George's brother testify? He wasn't there. All he testified to was that George loved his mama. Completely irrelevant.

  12. The defense"drug" and "bad heart" defense is getting weaker. He has yet to justify why his client didn't provide care when Mr Floyd no longer had a pulse, nor why his client didn't put Me Floyd in the recovery position when he kept stating he couldn't breathe.

  13. I work in a hospital time to time we get combative patients . We don’t get hand to hand training we don’t have pepper spray , batons , guns and tasers . Yet when when we have to take control of a combative patient regardless of the reason why . We get the job done and the patient isn’t seriously injured or dead .

  14. Nelson apparently feels his case is weak since he tries so many times to keep attention away from Chauvin holding down Floyd. He really does not realize how he comes across as he is trying to get witness to contradict themselves and to put words in their mouths. Fortunately, most of the professional witness see this tactic for what it is and will repeat their answer as they meant it in its context.

  15. The yahoos the prosecution has brought up are hilarious.. I love how they ignore different parts of the case in the hopes of making themselves sound credible.

  16. Will someone tell me what are those things that the Defense Lawyer-Chavlin &

the lady in back picks up when they go on break?????????????????????

  17. Is this cardiologist for real? The first dialogue with the prosecutor was so often rehearsed that it felt like a cheap soap opera.

Plus, he said he ruled out drugs as the reason of death, bc the Floyd was walking and talking at the start.. Does he even realize that the effect of drugs (especially if digested) is not instantaneous? I have no idea, why Nelson didn't press him on that. If someone is delivered to the hospital after an overdose, the drug must have taken effect, bc otherwise no-one would call an ambulance. In fact, when Floyd was in medical care, he wasn't responsive either. So this whole line of argument to rule out drugs made utterly no sense.

I also have no clue, why the prosecutor said that the doctor did everything for free.. His response sounded to me as if he was on some sort of crusade. Just puts up red flags.

  18. Chauvin knows he will be convicted as he offered up a 10 year plea
bargain. The crux of the case is that Floyd was not given aid and allowed
to slowly die. Period.nothing else means anything.

  19. Eric has more hypotheticals than Sancho Panza had proverbs. He has spent less than 5% of his words actually discussing the events of this case. "If the words you heard were true, then you would agree with it, wouldn't you?"
