  1. /facepalm
the fuse box was damaged, one of the main things under the hood that make the car work, and you didn't check it…although it's interesting watching you learn to see how you made such a future (current) success.

  2. Dude, I don;t want to be a naysayer, but if you are building these cars yourself, shouldnt you actually be doing the work to solve the no start issue? Wow man, and you even said you would have it running yet here it is! This is a joke bro, if you actually made basic progress on a single build I would start watching. But until that point you are just a wanna-be-car-guy-internet-hipster-Rob-dhem-fanboy.

  3. i would have kicked myself in the ass and just decided to go aftermarket loom although more time consuming it will be eventually beneficial or got another off a wreck

  4. @B is for build, bro do you go to the red door meet living in Portland I would think I would see you there every now and then haha, I live in seaside. meet up sometime for car talk?

  5. I know this video is a while ago, but bummer on not getting it running. I know it can be rough to keep the spirits up when stuff like this happens. Thanks for the videos.

  6. 2 weeks at the dealership for a half assed diagnosis? I'd expect it to come back fixed and running for 2-3 days at the dealership let alone 2 weeks! Keep up the good work though I'm sure you'll figure it out soon

  7. I commend the learning/DIY although it's at times difficult to watch with all the hackery haha. Just wondering why some of these parts you couldn't find on a rear ended/rolled car at a wrecking yard that has the front end in tact? Or aren't salvage yards available in your area?

  8. I am surprised the dealer actually diagnosed a car properly. It is a fucking miracle!!!!!

  9. Just replace the Fuse box with a OEM part, then no future issues down the road when you do and engine swap and boost it.

  10. hey i had the same issue, car would not start. It turn out that the gauge cluster was changed and it has the immobilizer chip in it. i had to get the key reprogrammed.

  11. Umm… According to Crawford, the FA20 likes to make more power than other STI engines. Either way, 1JZ/2JZ can't hurt 😉

  12. Rod knock on my frs 32k toyota didn't want to cover it blaming me.. bone stock frs no mods just lights and they wanted 10k $ fuck toyota
