Two party system is really a one party system owned by so called elites. Regardless of Trump, the GOP is dead. Many republicans are just now waking up to the deceit and lies. Democrat party of Jim Crow, KKK, and fascism was lost decades ago when culture canceling and race baiting became their legal tender. Lincoln party project and republican accountability project are political moles trying to convince Americans they are not part of the same corrupt cabal of politicians. Volunteers are resigning from election positions across the country and millions are changing to unaffiliated and searching for a new party.
The oligarchs want a faux two party system and are going to do whatever it takes to keep themselves in power to control or destroy us if necessary. Using the media to pit Americans against each other using a cast system of politics, race, and culture keeps them in power. Decades in Congress created this obscene display as sycophant Americans blindly stand by and argue with each other on the street and internet. Go ahead and agree to Gov overreach now and you will be next. There is no hope for our children to change the system unless we dissolve the current mirage of power. Term limits on Congress would fix an array of evils in Gov and have true lasting effects. Almost all Americans agree with term limits and it’s the one thing Congress fears the most. I urge every American to drop the party letter on their name and switch to Unaffiliated and make the call for term limits NOW!

Keep in mind "Sheila Jackson Lee" is not a Texan, she moved to Texas from New York. Stating the obvious during an unprecedented cold snap to win votes. As for the "poor infrastructure", Texas is engineered for Texas weather not New York weather….

Comfortable in some building with electricity while the people in her district suffered as she did nothing again but talk? Texas has converted 25% of electricity to green energy. Now I am for green energy but they have limitations that people don't consider.
What is the energy bottleneck? Production, distribution, broken power lines? You would think the power companies could at-least give people 4 hours of electricity a day to let them run their furnaces and keep the pipes from freezing in their homes.

Every city has an regulatory board that controls power companies rate increases, The only energy that is not regulated in most states is natural gas, that price is set based on national demand
Hi rise bldg s. are in down town area this is also were hospitals are power sub stations and main power plants are located, also police and fire are located in these areas as well. It is my understanding that the Texas utility regulatory board would not grant the power companies a rate hike so they can upgrade there power infrastructure. I also would point out that this is the 1st (yes 1st) severe weather Texas has seen in over 100 years. And I can tell you right now every year moving forward will get much worse
