  4. Certainly an interesting video, but doesn't most insurance cover that? It does where I live (BC) – I've had several repairs like that done at no cost to me.

  14. 274 thousand idiots… 0:21 the crack is at the middle and towards the passenger side of the windshield and 5:14 you can see he moved the cardboard to the right side of the mirror…

  15. Wow. I am an auto glass technician and Repair rock chips daily. I have to say I’m surprised at how well that appeared to work. We use different tools, but basically a real similar method. My only question would be how strong the repair really is, and how long it will last. Interesting though.

  17. My car has a chip that's atleast 8 years old, is this method still viable or should I just leave it alone? ( The chip didn't spread.. thankfully..)

  26. I’m so pissed !!! Anybody watching this DO NOT BANG AT ALL ON THE WINDSHIELD! I I barely knocked on it and the chip spread to a crack 🤬 shouldn’t have listened to that step , it doesn’t say to knock on it at all in the instructions . Jesus so frustrating I bet if I didn’t knock on it it would’ve came out ok 🤦‍♂️
