I feel like Htc Vive managed to get a leap forward with their more advanced mechanisms but I doubt they'll beat Oculus in the long run.
I hear rumors that the Vive with launch with 2160×1200 screens, is this confirmed? That would be wonderful, that was the only thing that was going to make me wait for an Oculus but if Vive has the same sized screen then I'll get it.
Will I be able to use it just sitting in my computer chair with my mouse and keyboard?

Probably not the first to say that there is very few vr headsets that beat the hololens (yes I realize that the hololens is actually ar) this is not one to beat it, it seems similar to the oculus rift or project morpheus. Seems okay, and me being a normal consumer, there is little chance that I will be able to get any of these for a while.
