Here is part 2 of the 4 part used car inspection video this one covers the interior inspection as you can see this car has quite a bit of ‘junk’ and dog hair in it but things like this can be cleaned, chances are that the car that you’re looking to buy will be cleaned out but maybe not even so you should do a thorough inspection of the vehicle that you’re looking to by after all it’s your money.

A bit late, but, allow me to ask:
What if the seller changed most of the simpler stuff to make the buyer think the car is in good condition e.g. the oils and tyres e.t.c.? Would you still buy it?
Looks like who ever owned this car didn’t really look after it. It’s not terrible but could be better
Do I need to do any of this if I'm going to be taking it to a mechanic to have it looked over anyway? BTW, I'm currently looking at a 1999 V6 Mustang convertible that looks good, but the tires with a dot date in 2013 are all cracking. Just cheap tires?
also shortcut to checking transmission levels is to spend a few minutes shifting though the gears this will heat the transmission up
i noticed on a couple of vehicles me and my family has had moderate and heavy oil leaks can dirty the oil faster

Hi everyone I have a question for all here , I have a Golf 3 and I have a problem with the wheel, when I want to park the car somewhere it causes problems because it is hard to change the orientation of the car because the wheel is hard to rotate and make a terrible noise under the hood , I checked the hidro-oil it was OK , I checked some belts because I thought they were plucked but they were OK . I don't know where this problem comes from I heard the noise where it comes at the engine but there everything seems OK I think ….
This car is junk, how about finding small things on like 5-10 year old cars? A car like that it's like a couple min no-thank-you. So I'd love to see you checking out a well preserved car, not too old but finding the things that might indicate something not so good. Thanks!
Good video, but the radiator fluid looks green, so my question is :Should I put clean water only in my radiator, or should I use a specialized liquid? (I am just learning to drive)

Hi Eric, I find rust a the bolt head of some engines. Does this mean the car was under water or sitting for a long time?
I'm surprised he didn't do the radiator open while running the engine test. A bad head gasket will blown bubbles and that is a major repair. But easy to spot if you look for the signs.

3:00 LOL! I used to use a hockey stick to keep up the hood on my '79 MB 240D because the area where the hinge bolts to the body was rusted out.

I bought a used car once on the street, and later I noticed it had no engine. It is hard to trust people these days.
Near sea or salt water or a beach buy the looks of that power steering high pressure line.
