Although this is old I have to say that I find it amazing how people can crack jokes etc. Bottom line, this can happen to anyone. I've owned a new 2015 GTR and many other higher end exotic's and believe me none of these cars drive themselves. No car or person is error free difference is that this was caught on video. Drive a car with cold carbon ceramic brakes and tell me they are better than steel brakes, NOT…….. There are variables in all we do and have. I hope this guy is OK and came back harder than ever and well haters can continue to hate.
how do you do this on a gtr? the dam things basically drive themselves. did something break?
I know , because I'm the medic there at the track. and we saw the damage.
car broke the right suspension arm, and tilted to the right side out of control.
sucks i was at the rgvshootout 2k15 Saturday there was a couple of close calls
meh it will buff out
This is a great example of why guardrails like that aren't worth crap for a dragstrip, concrete walls is the way to go…
Will insurance cover that?
Would a concrete wall been worse or better? I think worse.
