I know this is kind of strange to make a post about a ‘possible’ podcast but that’s how it is today I’m afraid, I hope you like the other ‘teaser’ stuff though because I’m excited about the stuff coming to ETCG.

  1. My nose is bleeding and I'm slightly aroused after watching that Porsche clip.
And no, that WASN'T supposed to make sense.

  2. @moofushu It was actually "Dancing Queen" and I was wearing my sparkly Freddy Mercury spandex with the open chest, I don't like wearing them cause they make me look fat but I do anyway.

  3. @TheGetawayer No way man I loved it, keep in mind I do these videos first thing in the morning when I get to the shop so I'm not fully awake yet, hence the reason I often forget to put what I hope to into these.

  4. Here's an idea for a rainy day. I've never worked on a diesel engine before. Would you consider a primer for how to examine a diesel engine and the differences compared to gasoline engines?

  5. @Bushougoma
Thanks for the advice. At least I'm only out $5 buck. I'm glad it wasn't worse such as checking a 120V AC & causing a house fire or getting electricuted b/c I had to test an external motion light on the house. Glad the meter quit on a 12DCV system instead. I replaced the meter with a $25 Commercial Electric brand from Home Depot. So far it works great for the simple around the house (car/motorcycle) tests.

Yep, I checked the fuse & it was still intact. The meter has a simple on/off switch so I was able to leave the setting at 20 DCV from the day before when I checked the batt/charging system so nothing was should have happened like that. Needless to say I went & bought a $25 meter (Commercial Electric) from Home Depot the next day & it still performs really good. I just think I got a bad meter from HFT & unforunatly I lost the receipt to take it back. Thank for the reply Eric.

  7. nice video Eric keep them coming oh done that leak on the beamer 5.20 it goes like a top now thanks for your advice, cliff

  8. @Michiganborn1969 Check to see if you blew one if it's internal fuses and be sure not to hook up the amp leads instead of the voltage leads when checking voltage.

  9. Looking forward to any electrical education videos you have coming up. Especially after the cheap $5 multimeter I got from H.F.T. seemed only work 1 day. Used it the 1st day & it worked fine to test the batt/charging system on my bike & the next day after I changed out the coils & wire & w/o changing any settings on the meter from the day before, I connected the probes to the battery & Sparks flew & the wires got really hot. The fuse on the meter wasn't blown. Was it me or is the meter is a POS?

  10. Make sure you have a backup of the videos you didn't upload yet if you have a lot.. A Hard Drive won't say 'Oh no I'm dying' before it dies.. Trust this PC techie.. lol

  11. Hi Eric, can you make a video regarding engine power tips, economy tips , such as aftermarket tips for eg cold intake, header and exhause
How about gadget such as grounding , voltage stabilizer, tornadoair etc
How about safe fuel aftermarket gadget?

  12. Oh and while watching this video, I was waiting for a set of FORD air shocks to arrive via fedex. Perfect, watching a car guy, while waiting for car parts.
