Fix a cracked or chipped windshield yourself. If you do not fix a chip in the glass as soon as possible the chip can turn into a crack overnight! It is easy and costs $10. Decent repair. That was a pretty big chip, so that's probably the best that can be done to fix it.

Looks nicer, won’t crack any more but it’s going to very annoying as it will be noisy and you will have an obvious water line every time the wiper goes over it, but it’s a good fix until you get the windshield swapped for a new one. Been there so know what I’m talking about.

We where driving down the road when a big rock hit our windshield and chipped it. It was very big at least 1 inch. We ended up paying for a groupon. Then getting it fixed the next day

You didnt do that right.. you need to use the razor to flatten out the UV film for one. And 2nd you need to clean out the crack better.

Would never have cracked because of location on windshield. Perfect bullseye. And you need to put the resin over the chip at the end to cover the impact hole.
