3. This phone is the biggest piece of crap I have EVER had the misfortune of owning! Texting…IMPOSSIBLE! Lag get's WORSE by the month, after 6 months there is a 5 second delay on just about everything, and I miss a ton of calls because the phone freezes and it won't allow me to answer it. Phone company felt so bad for suckering me into this piece of junk that they let me upgrade to a Windows phone ABSOLUTELY FREE. Bottom line: if you think this is a decent phone, you should try a decent one!

HELP!! i've had this phone for a lil over a month now, and i can't figure out how to turn caller id off. you know when people call, you have the choice for it to just have a ringtone or caller id then ringtone, or just caller id? well mine's set to just caller id & i don't want everyone knowing who's calling me, but i can't find this to change it to just ringtone. can anyone help?
