They need to find a way to make it so that small business doesn't have to engage in slave-like labor practices to make a profit. It means their small business is either employing primarily youth and avoiding hiring adults or hiring adults and making their margins by not paying them a living wage. If someone can propose a theoretic talent/labor model that doesn't fall into these categories but still falls into the category of "going under if the wage is raised"; I'd like to hear it. Thanks in advance, not meant as "snark", serious philosophical question ;).

Wouldn't TRUST the repugs " as far as I could throw them." All THEY did for the 8 yrs Obama was in office was promise to support something, Obamacare, for instance(for 1&1/2 yrs), saying they were "negotiating in good faith." I think it’s telling that he doesn’t have the actual figure for what a family of four makes for his state. Surely basic information like this is something you would research prior to meeting Biden. I think he is removed from the actual struggle of ordinary people rather than uncaring.
