32. A commission makes recommendations, but it has a lot in common with the Vice Presidency, (a pitcher of warm spit). And its recommendations could fly right in the face of what FOX is screaming about and simply point out those things that could be streamlined, or clarified for those people who operate in significant part on assumptions, incomplete facts and fears spread by multiple media forms that remove any sense of priority and perspective.
