$9.99 a month thats the same as Sat radio, just all the music channels. I'll stick with my Satellite Radio for that price.

In my playlists in google play music it has a youtube play button in the middle of album art and that plays the video for the song. So your comment of them being indipendant is wrong.

False, music key gives the option of playing videos of the current song while using Google Play radio. (with GP Sub)
Are these features only available for users in the US? I've been a long time Google Play Music All Access.subscriber in the Netherlands but I don't have any of these features enabled in my YouTube app

Music videos are also added into all access music under an artist search. So along with top songs and albums, you get the available music videos by that artist.
Wow that's real awesome hopefully some of these features would be add free to YouTube, but if not I'd still pay to use this

@Joseph Hindy There is a very small integration with Music Key and All Access. Now if you visit the web version of All Access, on the Play/Pause bar at the bottom, you can press the YouTube logo to see the music video to that song. I don't know how long that has been there, but I find it quite useful.
Strange.. my version of youtube is the latest, i have the "music key", but i cant listen in background and i dont have that "offline" mode… how is this possible?

@Joseph Hindy you can create a playlist and make it available offline. But you can't manage offline content.
Do you even can lock your phone and listen to offline music in The youtube app?
